AI Act. Vibe Code is not a high-risk AI System. The obligations relating to AI systems that are not classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act come into force on August, 2, 2026. We are currently working on implementing the measures required by the EU AI Act for AI systems and will update the AI governance page accordingly.
